FeliFix provides handyman, maintenance, and facility services in California, Texas, and Florida. Each engagement is defined by the written estimate and any service agreement provided before work begins, which together with these terms form the agreement between us.
Booking requests through this site or by phone are requests, not confirmed appointments, until we confirm scheduling. Estimates are based on the information you provide and an assessment of the work; if conditions differ materially once work begins, we will tell you before proceeding with any change in scope or price.
You agree to provide safe and lawful access to the service location at the scheduled time. Work requiring permits, landlord consent, or HOA approval proceeds only once those are in place.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due on completion of the work, after our completion check and testing. Accepted payment methods are listed on your estimate or invoice.
We stand by our work. If a defect in our workmanship appears within the guarantee period stated on your estimate or invoice, we will repair it at no charge. The guarantee covers our workmanship; manufacturer warranties cover materials and fixtures. See Submit a Claim for the process.
FeliFix maintains general liability and workers' compensation coverage. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may reschedule or cancel a booking by phone or email. We ask for reasonable notice; cancellation terms, if any apply, are stated on your estimate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in California, unless the law of your state of service requires otherwise.
